Our team has over 90 years experience in the construction industry. We started Sash & Sill in the Sarasota area because we saw a great need for a quality reputable installer to help replace the energy inefficient windows and doors that plague the area.
Meet the Team
Todd Hoch – President
Todd has been in residential and commercial construction sales for the past 10 years. Todd began his career mainly working on storm damage to various properties throughout the United States. He started his own business after hurricane Sandy hit the Northeast but then decided to move to Florida to begin a family.
Todd has seen the need for a quality window and door replacement company in South West Florida for quite some time. Todd is a man of his word and always does the Right Thing for his customers. Todd looks forward to answering any questions you may have and welcoming you to the Sash and Sill family.
Felix Rodriguez – Project Manager
Felix has been in the residential and commercial construction industry for the past 18 years. His background highlights include experience in public and private construction projects as Engineer and involvement in the coordination of construction activities, site inspections, bids preparation, takeoff and all construction field activities. After a successful and strong engineering career in Puerto Rico, he decided to move to Florida. Felix has specialized in the window and door market of SW Florida for the past few years. He looks forward to working with you and maintaining Sash and Sill’s vision and commitment Always do the Right Thing for the customers.
Rob Taylor – Project Manager
Rob has over 30 years of home improvement experience mostly through retail sales and management. He has learned the importance of communication as being the key to great customer service. Rob has over 10 years of hands on experience in the construction field doing personal house flips and doing home improvement projects for clients. He currently holds an active real estate license and also has experience in siding, windows soffit and fascia, gutter installations and all interior remodeling.
